Getting the Leads:
Once you are a member with us and have sufficient funds in your account, you will start getting the leads.
Our charges:
Live-Transfer: $89 per lead.
We create a script and the qualifying questions per your direction. We schedule the campaign to ensure that your Loan Officers are in the office & prepared to take calls.
E-mail notification: $59 per lead.

Note: We take order of minimum 15 leads.
Returned Leads
All our efforts are directed towards creating a script that qualifies questions per your direction but we can not be held responsible for the false or misleading information supplied to us or for the change in information that has occurred between the time when we contacted the customer and the time when you make contact. In occurrence of such incidence, we have an arrangement to provide you with the audio recording of such leads. The information provided in the Audio recording will be considered as the final information. Any changes that have occurred thereafter will not be taken into consideration neither will be the final result of the loan proposal.
In case we fail to provide you with the basic information as per your directions, we will replace the lead. However, under any circumstances, we can not guarantee you a closing ratio.
We reserve the right to be the sole determiner to decide whether the lead is invalid or not and in case we found it to be a valid lead, you will be charged for the lead. All the communications will be made via e-mail.
Live-Transfer Policy
To receive leads via live transfer you will have to make sure that you provide us with two valid phone numbers; primary and secondary. In case we are not able to get through either of your number, we will leave the call back information on your voicemail. We will not be held responsible if your loan officer is not available during the live-transfer hours specified by you.
You will not be charged for the Live-Transfer only under two circumstances:
- If the prospect denies to the application within first minute of the call.
- In case the prospect hangs up the call within the first minute of the call.
Please make sure that the loan officer is connected to the borrower within 30 sec of the call, otherwise it will not be termed as an invalid transfer.
Audio File Recording:
It remains the responsibility of the purchaser of the lead to inform the sales agent about the recording of the lead, in case the live transfers are been recorded for training and quality purpose.
USE OF LEAD
The leads supplied to you by Moksha Business are proprietary and are provided to you in confidence. Moksha Business leads are intended for specific use by you or an Agent of your Company.
Moksha Business leads are confidential and are not to be resold or distributed to anyone. Moksha Business leads may not be used in chain letters, junk mail, telephone solicitations that are in violation of any state or federal "Do-Not-Call" registries. They may not be used in any harassing or unlawful manner.
Termination
Member's access to the new leads will be terminated when the member fails to deposit the funds in the depleted account. The services will be resumed once the funds are been deposited and member will continue to receive the new leads.
In case the member wishes to terminate the relationship then this can be done by not adding the funds to the account or by an e-mail notification at: info@impetustech.com
